This quotation only applies to Mainland Chinese professionals who have served in a multinational enterprise and will be dispatched to Taiwan to apply for an Exit & Entry Permit (EEP) in Taiwan.

A. |

|
Kaizen charges a service fee of USD 2,000 per person for processing Taiwan EEP. The fee specifically includes the following services: |
|
1. Provide professional consultation for Taiwan EEP application; 2. Review the application documents provided by the clients; 3. Assist clients in preparing the documents required for application; 4. Fill out the EEP application forms and other documents; 5. Submit the EEP application documents to the National Immigration Agency; 6. Communicate with the Taiwan National Immigration Agency during the application process; 7. Pay visa application fee and pick-up the EEP on client behalf; 8. Assist Clients apply for information changes, such as itinerary after approval.
Our service fee does not include government charges, document translation fees, or document courier fees.

Mainland Chinese who have served in a multinational enterprise and will be dispatched to Taiwan, and who meet the following qualifications may be considered by the Taiwan immigration for an Exit & Entry Permit: 1. Applicants who serve as a person in charge or manager of a multinational enterprise, or to engage in specialized or technical services, must have served for more than one year; 2. The average monthly salary for the above qualification must be at least NTD 47,971.

|
Taiwan company must be the parent company, headquarters, branch or subsidiary of a multinational enterprise in Taiwan.
|
|
The multinational enterprise refers to an economy entity that has established subsidiaries or branches in two or more countries, with effective control and managed by the parent company or headquarters. It engages in cross-border production and business activities. The parent company or headquarters may be located abroad, in Hong Kong, or Macau, with subsidiaries or branches in Taiwan, or the parent company or headquarters is based in Taiwan and meets one of the following conditions:
(1) Has global assets exceeding NTD 2 billion in the year before applying. (2) Recognized as an operational headquarters by the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs. (3) Employees over 100 domestic staff, with at least 50 holding a college degree or higher. (4) Has annual net revenue in Taiwan exceeding NTD 1 billion. (5) Has annual net reginal revenue exceeding NTD 1.5 billion.

The processing time for individual applications for an Exit & Entry Permit is approximately one to two months. The actual working days may vary depending on the case.
|
E. |
|
|
The validity of an Exit & Entry Permit will based on the applied schedule, with a maximum duration of 3 years, as determined by the Taiwan National Immigration Agency. Extensions can be applied for before expiry, with each extension period lasting up to three years.
Please note that Mainland Chinese professionals approved to enter Taiwan cannot switch or take on additional roles outside the multinational enterprise. If they have change jobs, take on additional roles, or resign, they must leave Taiwan within 10 days.

1. A copy of the Taiwan ID Card or passport of the responsible person of the Taiwan company; 2. A Copy of the Taiwan company’s business registration certificate, proof of turnover; 3. Multinational enterprise organizational chart; 4. A copy of the company’s business registration certificate for the applicant’s employer; 5. A copy of applicant’s employment certificate (which should include the name, nationality, job title, job description, salary compensation and employment period); 6. A copy of the Mainland Chinese professional’s passport or Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Permit card; 7. A copy of the Mainland Chinese professional’s ID card; 8. Application form filled out by Mainland Chinese professional; 9. Power of Attorney; 10. Two 2-inch passport-size photos taken within the last six months (JPG file); 11. Itinerary.

The list mentioned above is not final; the Taiwan National Immigration Agency may require additional information and/or documents depending on the case. If the applicants lives overseas (outside the mainland, Hong Kong or Macau), they must provide identification documents from their place of residence and process the identify confirmation procedure with the Taiwan representative offices abroad.
